Flooded Tres Leches Cake Revival

Brazilian creators and confectioners are reviving bolo alagado: sponge cake served inside its container and saturated with three-milk sauce. The extremely wet texture, spoonable format and low-cost production are pushing the dessert back across social recipes and small-bakery menus.
